Oh-No

Not only is Jimmy D crawling now...EVERYWHERE, but look!

Appointment Today

Jimmy D. had an appointment today with his nurse. The last appointment we went to she said we had 4 to 6 weeks left. The final word is 4 more weeks. But after that, he will defiantly be finished. The usual time span for a DOC band wearer his age is 3 to 4 months. Jimmy will have worn it a total of 2 1/2 months. So even though we have an extra 2 weeks, he has had so many growth spurts that he has flown through the treatment. His head looks so much better than before the treatment. His ears and eyes are even and his forehead is completely round. The back of his head will never be perfect, but it has improved drastically. We are so happy with the results of the band, but we are also looking forward to the end. After the long day of unwanted news, Jimmy decided to relax on Dad with a nice episode of Blue's Clue's to end his day.

Our Day at the Park

Great news

Jimmy D. had an appointment at Cranial Tech today. His nurse says that he is improving so much that he has 4 to 6 weeks left. Thats 2 or 3 appointments!! He should be out of it by no later than Halloween!

Holl-y-wood

Jimmy D. went to Hollywood today to show off his cool look. He was the most normal person we saw there.

Big News

Today Jimmy's newest cousin Bethany Renee was born!!! We are so excited and can hardly wait to met her. More news, Jimmy D. can now say Dada and is officially crawling (not very fast, but it's still new). As you can see from the top picture he loves chocolate ice cream, and the pictures
below show he still loves the water. (Who would have thought?)

Another Check Up

Jimmy had another appointment at Cranial Technologies today to check his progress. He is doing very well. The back left side of his head is rounding very quickly. Today, we also saw progress with his ears evening out and his forehead rounding apposed to being flat and slanted. If Jay's growth continues this way he will only need the DOC band for 2 to 3 months.
