Appointment Today

Jimmy D. had an appointment today with his nurse. The last appointment we went to she said we had 4 to 6 weeks left. The final word is 4 more weeks. But after that, he will defiantly be finished. The usual time span for a DOC band wearer his age is 3 to 4 months. Jimmy will have worn it a total of 2 1/2 months. So even though we have an extra 2 weeks, he has had so many growth spurts that he has flown through the treatment. His head looks so much better than before the treatment. His ears and eyes are even and his forehead is completely round. The back of his head will never be perfect, but it has improved drastically. We are so happy with the results of the band, but we are also looking forward to the end. After the long day of unwanted news, Jimmy decided to relax on Dad with a nice episode of Blue's Clue's to end his day.
